COSTS

Here is a survey of possible costs, if you buy a real estate in Turkey.
It is our goal to keep your costs as low as possible for our clients.

1. Property purchase tax.
It is charged once when registering the title deed and is 4% of the cadastral value stated in the Tapu (title deed).

The cadastral value is often lower than the market value.

2. Bank statement on currency exchange,

3. Government fees, insurance fees, expenses charged by the city and cadastral offices.

4. Services of a sworn translator at the cadastral office 100 EUR.

5. If necessary, notary fees for issuing a power of attorney for the execution of documents, approx. 250 EUR.
6. Earthquake insurance for the purchased property 5-15 EUR.
7. Registration of ISKAN / technical passport for the purchased property (if not available) 400 - 500 EUR.
