Now you can get into a bank or a government institution with HES code.
From September 23, Istanbul will not be allowed to enter some state institutions
(such as Nüfus, valilik, kaymakamlık) without a HES code.
Pay attention to the option of obtaining by passport or residence permit.
HES code can be obtained by residence permit holders and Turkish citizens.
Tourists don't need it.
How to get HES code?
OPTION 1. Send SMS from a Turkish number (Turk Telecom, Vadafon, Turkcell) to 2023.
Format for passport:
Write the following message:
HES «space» Rus «space» series and passport number in a row «space» year of birth «space» surname as in the passport.
(Where it says RUS, indicate the citizenship, the country! For example, Ukraynalı).
Example: HES Rus 50031234567 1988 IVANIVA.
OPTION 2. Format for residence permit or kimlik:
HES space i-kamet number «space» your year of birth «space» period for which you need the code.
Schematic example: HES 99123123123 1988 süresiz
OPTION 3. Via e-devlet (at the post office).
Type in the search “hes”, go to hes kodu üretme ve liseleme".
Select yeni hes kodu, then kemdi adıma, then süresiz. Check data.
Take a screenshot of the given code in the application or be ready to open it.
Additional Information:
* The code can be taken for your minor child.
* 2 Hes codes can be received on 1 phone number.
HES code is used to prevent and slow down the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
This code consists of 10 or 12 characters (letters and numbers).
Now you should use it to travel around Turkey by plane, bus or train.
And also to visit public and private institutions such as tax authorities, banks, post offices and shopping centers.
NOTE:
If you booked a trip to a hotel in Turkey, you do not need a HES code.
The curfew does not apply to you either.

Good to know:
HES code for air travelers is checked 24 hours before the flight and passengers are informed of their status by sms.
Passengers whose code is not approved by the Ministry of Health are not allowed to fly.
You can get the HES code for a certain period of time or without a time limit.
