Avsallar is located 25 km west of Alanya.
From here it is 95km to Antalya and 65km to Gazipaşa airports. Alanya can be reached by regular city buses in 30 minutes.
Avsallar is well known for its' "Incekum" Beach".
Sandy and flat, thus an ideal place for families and kids. In this region there are many 4 to 5 stars hotel sites, which are located directly at the beach.
There is also a large forest area. The area is flat, partly hilly. Avsallar has 8,000 inhabitants and a small city centre.
You find many shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks, doctors and pharmacies.
Once a week there is a bazaar. In winter it's a quiet place, in summer there are a lot of tourists.
There are lots of 5-storey apartment blocks and sites, up to 9 floors.
In the western part of Avsallar buildings are not higher than 3 floors and it's an area for villas.
