Tosmur

Tosmur is one more suburb of Alanya. To Alanya Airport it is 120km, to Gazipasa Airport is only 40km.
Tosmur has approx 6,000 inhabitants, many Germans and Scandinavians have already bought a real-estate here.
The city centre is close to the beach and provides supermarkets, shops, boutiques, restaurants, doctors and pharmacies. Once a week there is a bazaar. The Tosmur area reaches to the mountains and to the well-known Dimcay River. Along the beaches, there are many small hotels, and some 4 to 5 Star hotels and a lot of family homes.
The beach area is 1km long, it is public and you can rent sun beds and parasols.
Dependent on the location you will have access to the sea, Dimcay mountain or the castle view. In Tosmur you will find 2 to 5 storey buildings. For a short time it was allowed to build 11 storey buildings but in the meanwhile it's forbidden. Along the coast and the flat land you will mostly find villas and detached houses.
