Which area of Alanya is the most promising?

It's no secret that Alanya has been a popular tourist region on the Mediterran sea.

1. In the 90s, construction began in the eastern part of the city, Mahmutlar.
At the moment it is a densely built-up area with a perfectly organized infrastructure.
Large building plots are located here in the northern part and are being built on with modern residential complexes. The distance to the beaches increases to from 1km.

What's the view?

The interest in buying an apartment in Mahmutlar can be explained by the comparatively low real estate prices in this area.
If you want to live in a place with a well-developed infrastructure and are looking for a cheap holiday apartment, Mahmutlar is just the thing for you.

 

2. Another promising area, Kargicak, is being built to the east of Mahmutlar.

Until recently, there were only complexes of villas and detached houses in the mountains (3-7 km from the sea).
Now, many of construction companies has started to build the first line of the coast with modern 3 to 5 star residential complexes. Of course, there are plans to build an urban infrastructure on site in the near future. At the moment there are no banks, shops, cafes etc. in Kargicak. The exception is a mini shopping center with the Migros shop. In addition to the construction of residential buildings, the development of the urban infrastructure is planned.

What's the view?

This suburb is currently under development. Proximity to Gazipasa International Airport (27 km).
Buying an apartment in Kargicak now guarantees a future price increase. Obviously, the price of real estate in a developed residential area is higher than for similar offers in places without social infrastructure.

 

3. We would like to talk about the district of Demirta later. This area will certainly be interesting in the future. At the moment it is more popular with those who prefer quiet and a rural life. The minimal city infrastructure is available.

 

4. One of the popular residential areas of the European people, Oba, is currently being built on in the northern part. Oba borders the city center and is intensely built on in the southern part, close to the beaches. Recently there has been an intense increase in new residential complexes in the northern part. In the future it is planned to set up a centralized city administration here. Many parks and social facilities are also being built here.

What's the view?

The demand for real estate in the center of Alanya is always high.
If you are interested in living in the city center and enjoying a super-developed local infrastructure, it is advisable to buy an apartment in Oba. Newly built apartments at this location have a higher level of liquidity.

 

5. And briefly about the Avsallar.

The first sea line from Avsallar is occupied by hotels. The residential complexes are approx. 750 m -1 km. from the beach. This part of the city is home to one of the best fine sandy beaches in the region, Incekum.
There is still a lot of building land available in Avsallar. Hence, this place also has the potential for further growth.

What's the view?

Over the years, the amount of modern residential complexes has increased here.
A restructuring of the urban infrastructure is planned.
