Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yucel visited the beginning of the construction project, in Okurcalar, a new house for the elderly will be built here.
The project will be built on an area of 6585 m2, where another building of Alanya Okurcalar municipality is currently located.
The tender for the development of the site has already taken place, and soon the developer will start fulfilling the construction order.
On the site of the current building, a hotel-type complex for the elderly will be brought to life.
Mr. Yucel inspected the project area and said:
“As soon as possible, we will build a very good nursing home where our seniors can meet their social needs and where they will find both housing and daily activities that will make them happy.
We hope that soon we will put it at the service of our people.”
The megaproject will include a cafeteria, study rooms, a library and workshops.
Will serve 60 people in the comfort of a hotel.
People will live in double rooms equipped with toilets and bathrooms.
Mayor Adem Murat Yucel emphasized:
“Our old people are our everything. We are trying our best to both keep them and keep everything that we have inherited from them.
It is in our traditions and customs to take care of the elders.
I believe that we will do it in the best possible way. I wish good luck to the people of the region in advance.”
